We are a small kennel that think of our dogs as family. Most important to me is the health and preservation of this breed. I have owned or been owned by Aussies off and on for the past 35 years. In 2001 I bought my first AKC/ASCA reg aussie and never looked back. I have met some wonderful people during this time, and hope to continue on for years to come. I might have a litter every two years. All my dogs have their eyes cerfed and hips OFA'd before breeding. All potential puppy owners must fill out a questionaire and sign a contract. Getting a puppy from me is a lifetime partnership. I am there at any time for any reason.

Before making a decision on an aussie, or any breed, read all you can about them. Make sure their temperments and activity level will fit into your lifestyle. Aussies are an active and intelligent dog, they need physical AND mental stimulation. They can become destructive if left alone for long periods of time day in and day out, they become bored and then naughty. Do your research into who you buy your dog from. Ask lots of questions. there are several excellent sources on the net for potential puppy buyers and what to look for.

Alaska has several wonderful training facilities and clubs to get involved with. We have some great instructors and classes for herding, tracking, obediance, rally, agility, all the fun stuff that aussies love to do.
